Designed a dynamic brand for the user guides and web help that complimented the iCity and Vadim corporate brand. Originally, the manuals were word processed in a basic style. All manuals, guides and old RoboHelp files (HTML Help) were migrated to a single-source publishing software (in XML) edited for accuracy; eliminating redundancy, improved for readability and searchability.
Each software screen was captured and the fields documented then contextually linked to online HELP.
All screenshots were revised for consistency, quality and a central library was created for easy retrival.
