Created a value-added tool for sales teams to secure and increase product flow through channel networks. The Flyer Template program enabled the sales representative (without graphics technical skills or software) to work with the distributor to quickly and easily create customized sales flyers, small enough in file size to email to the customer's print house for full colour copying or off-set printing.

This project involved extensive research and testing of Adobe Acrobat for suitability as a software base, technical writing of the program, layout and design of manuals, instruction materials and cdrom, template creation for five product lines (also translated in French) and the conducting of training workshops for both inside and outside sales teams across Canada.

This program was successful in developing channel partnerships, securing new distributor accounts, increasing product sales and elevated the company’s position as a leader in the marketplace.
